Terms of Payment and Default in Payment
(1) Payment(s) shall be made optionally by:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay.
(2) In case of payment by credit card, the purchase price will initially only be blocked (Reservation) on your credit card at the time of ordering. The charge to your credit card account will be made at the time we ship the purchased good(s) to you.
(3) When paying with Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or Amazon Pay, you will be redirected to the payment provider's website during the ordering process. As soon as we have received a confirmation of receipt of payment from the particular provider, the good(s) will be sent to you.
(4) If you fall into arrears with a payment, you are obliged to pay the statutory default interest at a rate of 5 percentage points above the applicable base rate. For each reminder letter that is sent to you after the default has occurred, you will be charged a reminder fee of 2.50 EUR, unless a lower or higher damage is proven in your individual case.
Delivery
(1) The goods shall be delivered to the address indicated by you.
(2) Unless otherwise agreed in individual cases, deliveries are only possible within the EU and Switzerland. The delivery costs depend on the respective dimensions or weight and are dependent on the destination country.
(3) The delivery of ordered goods is subject to the availability of the goods. If this is not available at the time of ordering, the customer will be notified of the expected delivery date and the order will be noted by us. As soon as the goods are in stock, they will be dispatched to the customer, with further notification to the customer. In the event of unavailability, in particular because a limited stock of goods marked as such has been exhausted, e.g. limited editions, the customer will be informed by us. Payments already made will then be refunded immediately and via the method of payment used for the purchase.
(4) If there are only temporary supply shortages or time delays between individual order goods, for example in the case of individually manufactured products, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries.
Retention of Title
(1) The goods shall remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
(2) If you are an entrepreneur within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code), the following additional provisions shall apply:
- You are entitled to resell the goods under your business. In this case, you hereby assign to us all claims in the amount of the invoice amount accruing to you from the resale. We accept the assignment, but you are authorised to collect the claims. If you do not meet your payment obligations properly, we reserve the right to collect claims ourselves.
- If the reserved goods are combined and mixed, we shall acquire co-ownership of the new item in the ratio of the invoice value of the reserved goods to the other processed items at the time of processing.
